User Obligations

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

The hingejrknf platform, including but not limited to its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by hingejrknf AG and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide through our services, but you grant us a licence to use such content as necessary to provide our services to you.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • Your access to our services will cease immediately
  • You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
  • We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law
